Itisal is proud of the fact that its telecommunication installation division is staffed and managed by highly qualified , experienced and safety conscious in- house employees , who are certified by all major wireless providers . our field technicians are continuously trained by our own supervisory personnel , by our customers and equipment vendors technical representatives and by outside professionals on the latest job – site tasks and application .
One of the most important issues with our installation teams is on the job safety. All of our field technicians, crew leaders, foremen and project mangers are trained by out side safety professionals and by our training certified in-house supervisors . all employees in this division have government safety certification for their specific job assignments and work with the best and most up to date safety equipment available . Our safety program is monitored and managed by our own safety officer who holds a masters degree in industrial safety.
